Leaving Berry Springs behind we made our way to Kakadu national park. $25 per head entry fee, then another $10 per head camp fee. Stayed 2 nights. Beautiful places like Merl just north of Jabaru although the mozzies were very bad all day and night. Second night moved down to another camp called Madugal.
Outcrops of rocks are very spectacular.

Hotel and CP on the way to Kakadu.

 Camp at Merl

 Aboriginal rock art.

View from the top of one of the rock formations.

Cahill's Crossing which goes across to Arnhem Land. A permit from the Aboriginal Land Council is required  to there.
There was a fair size croc lurking about half across just to the right of the crossing.
 A picnic spot.
We visited a couple of these Aboriginal Cultural Centres, architect designed costing several million each. The noticable absentees being aboriginals. They are usually run by Asians.
 Camped at Madugal Kakadu.
