Leaving Broome behind after 3 days, we managed to get the car serviced there at a reasonable cost, Tropical Motors Broome if anyone is interested.
A pretty boring drive from Broome to Port Hedland a long but I must say a good road. We stopped overnight twice on the way at 24 hour roadside camps, these are a free, most welcome after paying $40 per night for an unpowered camp site in Broome. These bandits don't even need a gun.
Along the way we called in to the 80 mile beach, Truly spectacular. Some pics.
